In 2022 war ich in München und habe Philippa Asher sowie Asta Caplan kennengerlernt.
Es war auf jeden Fall eine lehrreiche Woche und ich habe die Ashtanga Praxis unter der Leitung von Philippa Asher sehr genossen.
Phlippa Asher kommt aus London und unterrichtet weltweit Ashtanga Yoga. Als einzige britische Frau, die von Pattabhi Jois zertfiziert wurde, hat sie unter der Leitung von Pattabhi Jois und seinem Enkelsohn Sharath Jois die Erlaubnis bekommen, die erste Serie bis zur Fortgeschrittenen Ashtanga Serie B zu unterrichten.
